Even though you may choose Skype, an Excel sheet, and PowerPoint to facilitate the training, these may not offer your employees the best experience. As such, you need more modern and suitable remote training tools that can get your training done successfully. You need a suitable webinar and conferencing platform. Software to go with this platform is also needed. A platform that can access each other’s desktops, one that can screen share, and one that has a chat platform is most recommended. It should also offer means of broadcasting to large audiences that could be passive as well as exchange files.

3. Prepare suitable learning materials for the employees

The kind of materials you will prepare will depend on the kind of training models you choose. For synchronous training, suitable web materials will need to be prepared for the classes. For the asynchronous learning method, you may have to go with suitable video content that can be delivered to your employees, so they can access it and learn at their own time. And for the eLearning method, ensure your authoring tools should be prepared and ready to work during the training period.
