Social media has proved its worth again. In these testing times of COVID-19, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram have proved to be a substantial investment in extending support to the customers and connecting with them, especially, when they can’t come to you.

You aren’t quick.

It is not a matter of attention span. The customers can’t be blamed if you are not replying to their DM or responding to their queries in two days. They will move on.  On social media, users look for quick resolution and instant gratification. If your business doesn’t, somebody else will.
